Shipping times are estimates only. We work with third-party suppliers and global fulfillment partners, so delivery times may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

carriers

customs

global suppliers

events outside our control

Once the package is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Store is owned by the Store operator, Shopify, or third-party licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

All trademarks appearing on the Store belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Store is powered by Shopify. Purchases you make are made directly with the Store operator, not Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, damages, or your transactions.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your purchases.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Store is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may remove Feedback we deem inappropriate.

SECTION 25 — SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

We offer a mobile messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in or participating, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions and the related Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). This Agreement applies only to the Program and does not modify other Terms of Service.

Program Enrollment & Consent

By opting in, you agree to receive:

automated or prerecorded marketing SMS/MMS messages

messages using an autodialer (where applicable)

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

These Terms apply regardless of the opt-in method used.

Opting Out

To stop receiving messages:

Reply STOP to any message.

You may receive one confirmation message after opting out.

Only the above method is considered valid for opting out.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Additional messages may be sent based on your interaction with the Store.

Participation Requirements

To participate, you must:

own a wireless device capable of two-way messaging

be subscribed to a text messaging plan

use a participating carrier

Message and data rates may apply.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Rights Under Applicable Law
